Everyone at one time or another will experience difficulties or problems and feel unable to cope:

Whether they are difficulties from the past, painful experiences in the present, or fears about the future. We acknowledge that this is your journey, your story and to begin within your timing. When you’re ready, we will help you to navigate the process.

FAQs

Are the counsellors qualified?

We have a majority of qualified and experienced counsellors and supervisors and students in the final year of their training. All the counsellors are registered with the British Association of Counselling Practitioner’s (BACP). The majority are qualified to Diploma, Degree or Masters level.

Can I undertake therapy at more than one place?

We don’t recommend having two counsellors at the same time. In light of this, we suggest completing with one counsellor before starting with another.

Can I change counsellor?

If you have already had an assessment, you would have been assigned a counsellor who is suited to you, equipped with the expertise to meet your goals for therapy. If you do not feel suited, you are welcome to meet with another one of our counsellors. There is no obligation to follow through with any services and you can break any contract at anytime.
